Within 3 Hours: Full refund (100%) will be processed immediately upon cancellation request.

After 3 Hours: Partial refund (50%) will be issued as work processes have commenced.

Refund Processing: All approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

2. Quality-Based Refunds

Eligibility: Full refund available if deliverables do not meet agreed specifications or quality standards.

Documentation Required: Specific, constructive feedback and valid reasoning must be provided to justify the refund request.

Review Process: Each quality-based refund request will be evaluated individually by our quality assurance team.

3. Revisions and Modifications

Scope Agreement: Revision parameters will be clearly defined and mutually agreed upon before project commencement.

Included Revisions: Minor modifications within the agreed scope are included at no additional cost.

Additional Changes: Modifications beyond the agreed scope may incur additional charges as per the service agreement.
