Requirements

  • 3+ years experience in HR management
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience with HRIS and recruitment platforms
  • Proven track record in talent acquisition and retention
  • Bachelor's degree in HR or related field

Preferred Qualifications

  • HR certification (PHR, SPHR, or SHRM)
  • Experience in creative or tech industry
  • Knowledge of remote work best practices
  • Experience with international hiring
